unshy.ai is run by Brand Rebel Media, Inc. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our shipping, returns and privacy policies are part of them.

The products

Every piece is printed to order. Product flat lays are mockups of the real print on the real blank; photos of people wearing the products are made with Ai to show fit and feel, with the print sized to match the real one. Screens show color a little differently, and small differences in print placement from piece to piece are normal.

Prices and orders

Prices are in US dollars and can change. Your order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. If a price or listing is wrong, or an order looks fraudulent, we may cancel it and refund you in full.

Drop designs sell until the drop’s stated end date and then retire. We may also retire core designs over time.

Payment

Shopify processes payment at checkout. You’re charged when you place your order.

Shipping and returns

Delivery times and replacements work as described in our shipping and returns policies. Made-to-order items are final sale.

The chat assistant

The chat is an Ai. It answers from our catalog and policies, and it can still get things wrong. Product pages, the cart and checkout show the binding details, so if the chat and checkout disagree, checkout wins.

The Unshy Report

The Report is a joke with a scoring system. It isn’t advice, a diagnosis or a judgment of you as a person.

Our designs and name

The designs, slogans, photos and site content belong to Brand Rebel Media, Inc or to the people who licensed them to us. Please don’t copy or resell them. The unshy name and logo are trademarks, so please don’t use them in a way that suggests we made or endorse something we didn’t.

Independent

unshy is independent. We aren’t affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any Ai company. The slogans are jokes about common Ai habits.

Using the site

Don’t try to break the site, overload the chat, scrape the store or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access for anyone who does.

Limits

We keep the site as accurate and available as we can, and it’s provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to what you paid for that order.

If something goes wrong

Email hello@unshy.ai first. Most things can be fixed by email.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the terms in place when you ordered apply to that order.
